Very pleased to announce my first story of 2025. Dimmer will be published as a one-shot chapbook in the Salo Flirtations series.
The book is available to pre-order on the Salo website before its launch into the world in February.
Dimmer is another case for Henry and Rowena, paranormal investigators who have already appeared in The Hinwick Effigy, Vacancy, Under the Tower that Fell and The Scarisbrick Intuition.
‘Stokes builds a sense of dread with impeccable timing and chill-laden scene setting worthy of Robert Aickman or Andrew Michael Hurley.’
